After working a week with Joe Rushing at Personal Touch Dry Carpet Care, I tagged along with Joe and saw for myself what critics were raving about. The fact that Rushing cleans carpets better than anyone attests to itself.
If they say a baby can lay down on the carpet after it’s cleaned then you know that is a safe product for the whole family, pets included. Having dealt with environmental allergies for several years, I was hesitant to be around the dry compound. However, I was either touching or smelling the compound and not once did I get an allergic reaction even when I helped clean the floor.
When I saw the pale ivory rug at Nicol Investments with dirt grounded into it, it seemed hopeless and I was skeptical; but my fears were soon put to rest. The secret is in the dry compound. It clings to the dirt and lifts it right up. The pale rug was quickly transformed, resembling its former beauty.
When carpet cleaning, Joe’s first step is always vacuuming, which picks up about 80% of debris in the carpet. Along the way, he also trims the carpet hairs, or loose strings. To clarify, although it is a dry carpet clean, that actually means there is an absence of an abundance of moisture. In addition to vacuuming, Joe sprayed a special mixture to remove tough stains, which dries in minutes. Spots that can be cleaned up will not come back.
There’s a reason why Joe has always scored high on all of his reviews. Joe’s motto in life is as the same for his work: “Striving for perfection while achieving excellence.” Customers can see the difference and highly appreciate Joe’s attitude and attention towards carpet cleaning. Making a difference in people’s lives comes from within and is not something you can learn overnight. Joe stands by his product, knows it’s the best, wants to beat out his competition, but also wants to help people.
This is what gives Personal Touch Dry Carpet Care the personal touch.
